Finnovation Key Member
Mr. Abhijit Singh, Member of Executive Management, is the Chief Information Technology & Digital Officer of the Corporation. He is a qualified MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Mumbai. He was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at OakNorth Bank, London. Prior to OakNorth, he worked with ICICI Bank in various senior positions including Head – Technology Group, last being Head- Strategic Initiatives.Within the Corporation, Abhijit is responsible for driving the organization wide Digital transformation program. This program aims to improve customer experience and enterprise-wide adoption of digital technologies as well as using new age AI/ML solutions. He is also responsible for technology strategy and working towards the creation of a future ready digital enterprise.Mr. Singh is a veteran in Banking technology, emerging technology and fintech with 25+ years of extensive background in product development, large scale digital transformation, project execution and running of Operations of a digital bank. Career-spanning multiple countries, and cultures and working with a diverse set of internal teams and partners across European MNC Banks, large Indian Private Sector Banks and a UK Challenger Bank. He has done pioneering work in game-changing financial solutions in emerging technologies like blockchain and aiding in digital transformation of large organizations.He is a member of the IT Strategy Committee of the Corporation. He is also on the Board of HDFC Capital Advisors Limited.
